This Refunds & Returns Policy applies to purchases made through ElysianRadiance.com and governs returns, exchanges, refunds, order cancellations, defective products, damaged-on-arrival items, and certain warranty-related requests.

For purposes of this policy, “Elysian Radiance,” “we,” “us,” or “our” means Elysian Radiance LLC, a California-based business. “You” means the customer who purchased products from ElysianRadiance.com.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from ElysianRadiance.com, you agree to this Refunds & Returns Policy.


1. Return Window

Most eligible products may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided that the item meets the eligibility requirements below.

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us and receive return authorization before sending the item back. Returns sent without authorization may be refused, delayed, or returned to sender.

Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Approved return shipments must be mailed within 7 calendar days after we issue return instructions.


2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a standard return, the item must:

  • Have been purchased directly from ElysianRadiance.com
  • Be returned with proof of purchase or order number
  • Be in new, unused, unaltered, and resalable condition
  • Include all original packaging, manuals, accessories, inserts, cables, chargers, adapters, warranty cards, protective materials, and any included promotional items
  • Include all original serial numbers, IMEI numbers, UPC/EAN labels, manufacturer labels, and product identifiers
  • Be free from physical damage, liquid damage, signs of misuse, unauthorized repair, tampering, software modification, or excessive wear
  • Be unlocked, factory reset, and free of personal data, passwords, device locks, activation locks, account locks, or security software

We reserve the right to inspect all returned items before approving a refund, exchange, replacement, store credit, or repair.


3. Change-of-Mind Returns

A change-of-mind return means a return requested because you no longer want the item, ordered the wrong item, found a different product, changed your preference, or no longer need the product.

Change-of-mind returns are accepted only if the item is eligible under this policy and is returned in new, complete, and resalable condition.

For change-of-mind returns:

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Original shipping charges are not refundable.
  • If the original order qualified for free shipping, we may deduct our actual outbound shipping cost from the refund.
  • Payment processing fees, if not refunded to us by the payment processor, may be deducted where permitted by law.
  • Opened, used, activated, altered, incomplete, damaged, or non-resalable items may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
  • All approved change-of-mind or non-faulty returns are subject to a minimum return administrative fee equal to the greater of $70.00 USD or 4.5% of the returned item purchase price. This fee helps cover payment processing, handling, inspection, and administrative costs and will be deducted from any approved refund.

The minimum return administrative fee applies even if the item is returned in new, complete, unused, and resalable condition. If the item is opened, used, incomplete, damaged, missing packaging, missing accessories, or otherwise reduced in value, additional or higher restocking fees may apply as described in this policy.


4. Defective, Faulty, Wrong Item, or Damaged-on-Arrival Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives defective, damaged, materially different from what you ordered, missing major components, or otherwise affected by a fulfillment error, contact us promptly at:

  • Your order number
  • Your name and contact information
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos of the product, packaging, shipping box, shipping label, accessories, and any visible damage
  • Any carrier delivery notes or damage documentation, if available

Damage, wrong-item, missing-item, or delivery-discrepancy claims should be reported within 48 hours of delivery so we can investigate and, where applicable, file a carrier claim. Reporting late may limit available remedies if the delay prevents us from verifying the issue or pursuing a shipping claim.

If we confirm that the issue was caused by a product defect, shipping damage, or our fulfillment error, we may provide one or more of the following remedies, depending on availability and the circumstances:

  • Replacement
  • Exchange
  • Repair
  • Store credit
  • Refund to the original payment method
  • Prepaid return label

Minor dents, marks, or cosmetic wear to external retail packaging that do not affect the product itself may not qualify as a damaged-on-arrival product claim.


5. Non-Returnable and Final Sale Items

The following items are not eligible for standard change-of-mind returns unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect, or unless otherwise required by law:

  • Items marked “Final Sale,” “All Sales Final,” “No Returns,” “As Is,” “Clearance,” “Open Box,” “Special Order,” or “Non-Returnable”
  • Open-box devices
  • Used, activated, registered, or configured phones, tablets, laptops, wearables, or electronics
  • Items missing serial numbers, IMEI numbers, UPC/EAN labels, manufacturer labels, or original identifying information
  • Items that have been opened, altered, repaired, modified, rooted, jailbroken, unlocked, tampered with, or serviced by a third party
  • Items with physical damage, liquid damage, burn marks, cracked screens, dents, corrosion, missing parts, or misuse
  • Accessories such as cases, covers, screen protectors, chargers, cables, adapters, batteries, earbuds, headphones, and similar low-value accessories once opened
  • Wearables, earbuds, headphones, or similar items once opened, worn, or used
  • Products customized, personalized, specially ordered, or sourced specifically for a customer
  • Gift cards, store credits, downloadable items, digital products, software, licenses, subscriptions, and extended service plans
  • Promotional, bundled, bonus, or free items unless all items in the bundle are returned together
  • Items that cannot be resold for health, hygiene, safety, data-security, or manufacturer-policy reasons

If a product page states a different return condition, the product-page disclosure will control to the extent permitted by law.


6. Return Administrative Fee and Restocking Fees

Returned items are inspected before refunds are approved.

For approved change-of-mind or non-faulty returns, we may deduct a minimum return administrative fee equal to the greater of $70.00 USD or 4.5% of the returned item purchase price. This fee applies even if the item is returned in new, complete, unopened, unused, and resalable condition.

In addition to, or instead of, the minimum return administrative fee, we may charge restocking fees or deductions in the following cases:

  • No less than 30% of the item purchase price for opened items that are complete and in resalable condition
  • No less than 50% of the item purchase price for items with missing packaging, missing accessories, cosmetic wear, signs of use, damaged packaging, incomplete documentation, or reduced resale value
  • Greater deductions, up to refusal of the return, for items that are damaged, altered, locked, tampered with, missing serial/IMEI identifiers, missing major components, affected by liquid damage, physically damaged, or not in returnable condition

The minimum return administrative fee is not intended to duplicate a larger percentage-based restocking fee. If a percentage-based restocking fee applies, we may deduct the greater applicable fee, plus any separate non-refundable shipping charges, payment processing fees, missing item deductions, damage deductions, or other amounts permitted under this policy and applicable law.

If a returned item is not eligible for refund, we may return it to you at your expense or dispose of it where permitted by law after providing notice.


7. Return Authorization Required

All returns require prior authorization.

  • Whether you are requesting a refund, exchange, replacement, repair, or store credit

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Return authorization does not guarantee a refund. Final approval depends on inspection of the returned item.

Do not send products back before receiving return instructions.


8. Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

For approved defective, damaged-on-arrival, wrong-item, or Elysian Radiance fulfillment-error returns, we may provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping after review.

All customer-paid return shipments must be sent using a tracked shipping method. For high-value electronics, we strongly recommend insured shipping and signature confirmation.

You are responsible for the item until it is received by our returns department. We are not responsible for returns that are lost, stolen, delayed, damaged in transit, misdelivered, or sent to the wrong address.


9. Packaging Requirements

Returned items must be packed securely to prevent damage during transit.

Please return the product with:

  • Original product box
  • Original shipping materials, if available
  • All accessories, chargers, cables, adapters, manuals, inserts, cards, protective films, and documentation
  • Any bundled or promotional items received with the order

Do not place shipping labels directly on manufacturer retail packaging unless instructed. Items returned with damaged, taped, written-on, or missing manufacturer packaging may be subject to deductions or refusal.


10. Personal Data, Device Locks, and Factory Reset

Before returning any phone, tablet, laptop, wearable, camera, or electronic device, you must:

  • Back up your data
  • Remove personal files, photos, messages, contacts, passwords, accounts, payment cards, SIM cards, memory cards, and accessories not included with the original product
  • Disable passcodes, biometric locks, activation locks, “Find My” features, Google/Samsung/Huawei/Xiaomi/OPPO/vivo account locks, and similar security features
  • Sign out of all accounts
  • Restore the device to factory settings

If a returned device is locked, disabled, account-bound, not factory reset, or inaccessible, we may refuse the return, delay processing, deduct costs, or return the product to you at your expense.

Elysian Radiance is not responsible for personal data left on a returned item.


11. Refund Processing

Once your return is received, we will inspect the item and notify you whether the refund is approved.

If approved, refunds are generally issued to the original payment method within 3 to 10 business days after inspection is completed. Your bank, card issuer, payment processor, or financing provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Refunds may exclude:

  • Original shipping charges
  • Return shipping charges
  • Payment processing fees not refunded to us
  • Minimum return administrative fee equal to the greater of $70.00 USD or 4.5% of the returned item purchase price for approved change-of-mind or non-faulty returns
  • Cancellation fee equal to 4.5% of the total payment amount for eligible customer-requested cancellations
  • Restocking fees
  • Missing item deductions
  • Damage deductions
  • Promotional discounts or bundle adjustments
  • Gift wrapping, handling, expedited shipping, or special service fees
  • Any amounts not refundable under this policy or applicable law

We do not issue refunds to a different payment method except where required or approved by us in writing.


12. Exchanges

Exchanges may be available for eligible items, subject to product availability and inspection.

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we may offer a refund, repair, store credit, or another suitable resolution.

Replacement items will not be shipped until the original item has been received and inspected, unless we approve an exception in writing.


13. Order Cancellations

You may request cancellation before your order has been processed, packaged, fulfilled, transferred to a carrier, or shipped. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed.

If you cancel an order before it has shipped, including a pre-order or unfulfilled order, because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong product, entered incorrect information, no longer want the item, or no longer wish to proceed with the purchase, we may deduct a cancellation fee equal to 4.5% of the total payment amount. This fee helps cover non-refundable payment gateway, payment processing, administrative, and order handling costs.

If the order has already been processed, packaged, fulfilled, transferred to a carrier, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In that case, the order must be handled as a return after delivery, if eligible under this policy.

For customer-requested cancellations after shipment, we may refund the eligible product purchase price only after the product is returned, received, and inspected. Original shipping charges, actual outbound shipping costs, return shipping costs, payment processing fees, the 4.5% cancellation or transaction fee, restocking fees, missing item deductions, damage deductions, and other applicable deductions may be withheld from any approved refund.

If an order is cancelled because an item is unavailable, discontinued, cannot be fulfilled by us, or is cancelled due to our error, we will not charge a cancellation fee.


14. Pre-Orders, Special Orders, and Backorders

Pre-orders, special orders, sourced-to-order products, and backordered items may be subject to different cancellation and return terms disclosed at checkout, on the product page, in this policy, or in written communications.

Once a special order or sourced-to-order product has been ordered from a supplier, manufacturer, distributor, or international source on your behalf, cancellation may not be available.

If you request cancellation of a pre-order, backorder, special order, or sourced-to-order product because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong product, entered incorrect information, no longer want the item, or no longer wish to proceed with the purchase, we may deduct a cancellation fee equal to 4.5% of the total payment amount, unless prohibited by applicable law.

If a special-order item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will review the matter under the defective/wrong-item provisions of this policy.


15. Product Compatibility and International Devices

Some products sold by Elysian Radiance may be international, imported, unlocked, region-specific, or manufacturer variants that differ from U.S. retail models.

Before purchasing, you are responsible for reviewing the product description and confirming that the product meets your needs, including:

  • Carrier compatibility
  • Network bands
  • Region version
  • Language support
  • Software version
  • Warranty coverage
  • Charger type
  • App compatibility
  • Payment/wallet feature compatibility
  • Manufacturer support availability

Carrier compatibility, regional software differences, missing U.S.-specific features, or buyer misunderstanding of the product version may not qualify as a defective-product claim if the product page accurately disclosed the relevant information.

This does not limit your rights if we shipped the wrong product or materially misdescribed the product.


16. Limited Warranty Review

Unless a separate written warranty is provided on the product page or with the product, Elysian Radiance does not provide any warranty beyond what is expressly stated in this policy or required by applicable law.

For eligible electronics, we may provide a limited review period for inherent hardware defects reported within 30 days of delivery. If we confirm an inherent hardware defect that was not caused by misuse, physical damage, liquid damage, unauthorized repair, software modification, or customer-caused damage, we may offer a repair, replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund.

Warranty-related remedies do not cover:

  • Physical damage
  • Liquid damage
  • Screen cracks
  • Burn-in caused by use
  • Cosmetic wear
  • Misuse, neglect, accident, or abuse
  • Unauthorized repair or third-party service
  • Rooting, jailbreaking, unlocking, firmware modification, or software tampering
  • Carrier/network incompatibility
  • Regional software limitations
  • Battery wear from normal use
  • Accessories or consumable parts unless defective on arrival
  • Damage caused by improper charging, incompatible accessories, or power surges

After any Elysian Radiance return or review period expires, warranty claims may need to be directed to the manufacturer, distributor, or applicable warranty provider, if any.


17. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have a problem with an order, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it.

Opening a chargeback or payment dispute may delay return, exchange, replacement, or refund processing while the payment provider reviews the matter. We reserve the right to provide order, shipment, delivery, communication, and return records to payment processors, card networks, banks, fraud-prevention providers, and relevant authorities.


18. Refused, Undeliverable, or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is refused, returned to sender, unclaimed, or undeliverable because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal to pay duties/taxes, or customer inaction, we may deduct from any refund:

  • Original shipping costs
  • Return shipping costs
  • Carrier fees
  • Payment processing fees
  • Handling fees
  • Any loss, damage, or restocking costs

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.


19. Promotional Items, Bundles, and Discounts

If your order included a bundle discount, free item, gift, promotional item, coupon, or quantity discount, all items in the promotion may need to be returned together to receive a full refund.

If you keep part of a bundle or fail to return a promotional item, the value of the retained item, discount, or promotion may be deducted from your refund.


20. California Return Policy Disclosure

Elysian Radiance LLC is based in California. This policy is intended to clearly disclose our refund, return, exchange, cancellation, minimum return administrative fee, restocking-fee, final-sale, shipping-deduction, payment-processing-fee, and product-condition rules.

Please review this policy before completing your purchase. Some products are subject to limited returns, final sale terms, minimum return administrative fees, restocking fees, inspection requirements, shipping deductions, cancellation fees, or other conditions as described above.

We may provide access to this policy through one or more website locations, including the website footer, checkout page, cart page, terms checkbox, order forms, order confirmation communications, or product pages where applicable. By placing an order through ElysianRadiance.com, you acknowledge and agree to the return, refund, cancellation, fee, and exchange terms stated in this policy.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.

We may update this Refunds & Returns Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on ElysianRadiance.com with a revised “Last Updated” date.

The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will generally apply to that purchase unless a change is required by law or is more favorable to you.
