Processing Time All orders are processed within 4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

• UPS Ground (Free) — Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days
• UPS 2nd Day Air — Estimated delivery: 2 business days (rate calculated at checkout)

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment via the UPS website.

Shipping Restrictions We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at [your support email] within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with UPS to resolve the issue promptly.
